Stand space is available at just R1000 per square metre for open space, and R1250 per square metre for the shell scheme package, which includes two spotlights, a 15amp plugpoint, and a fascia board with company name. Please note that all prices exclude VAT.
The prices quoted above are available as an “Early Bird” discount, and will be valid until the 30th of November 2008. After this date, all stands booked, should there be any available, will attract an admin surcharge of 15%.

Additional Costs (Excluding VAT) include the following:

• Obligatory Exhibitor Information Fee (Brochure Supplement) - R250.00
• Plug points and extra electrical on open stands (if required).
• Exhibitor Badges – the first 6 badges are free, thereafter a fee of R30 per extra Badge will be charged.
• Additional Services will be available through our registered service providers to assist you in enhancing your stand (Enhanced electrics, Stand-specific carpeting / flooring [all stands do come with standard ICC carpeting], Furniture, Plants, additional Security, Audio Visual Equipment, additional Cleaning, etc)
  • The additional services as above will be sent to you at a later stage in our Exhibitor Manual. Please note that these services are optional, depending on your requirements.
